Privacy at FCi

This catalogue lets you browse products, prepare a quote list and contact FCi by email or telephone. You can also submit a product or project inquiry using the website form. Online payment is not available.

Your quote list

Your selected products, configurations and quantities are stored in this browser so they remain available when you return. The quote list does not collect your name, email, delivery address or payment details and is not submitted to FCi by the website. Remove individual selections or clear this website's browser storage to remove it.

Copying a quote summary places it on your device's clipboard. An email link opens a draft in your email application; you choose whether to send it. Your email provider's privacy practices apply.

Contacting FCi

When you email or telephone FCi, we use the contact and project information you provide to respond, prepare quotations and provide product support. Do not include payment-card details in an email. FCi does not sell inquiry information.

Website inquiry forms

With your consent, FCi collects the contact, company, project, model-interest and consent information you enter in the form. We use it to respond, prepare quotations, provide product support and send a submission confirmation. The form does not automatically attach your quote list. Do not include payment-card details or other sensitive information in the form.

Resend processes form information to send the request to FCi and a confirmation to the email address you provide. FCi also keeps submission references and delivery records to support follow-up and prevent duplicate messages.

Website operation and service providers

FCi and its hosting provider, Render, process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including requested pages, timestamps, browser and device information, network-address information and hosting logs. Email correspondence is handled through FCi's business email provider. Resend also handles website form emails as described above. Information is limited to personnel and providers that need it for these purposes. Providers may process information outside Canada under the laws of that jurisdiction.

Payments and advertising

This quote-only catalogue does not send your selections to Stripe or accept online payments. Advertising measurement is disabled for this launch.

Retention and safeguards

Inactive or unconverted inquiry information is kept for no more than 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Active quotations, projects, customer records, legal holds, disputes and legally required records follow the applicable operational or legal period. Providers may retain their own operational records under their policies and legal obligations.

FCi uses restricted access, encrypted website transport and appropriate administrative and technical safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw consent for future uses where consent applies, or make a privacy complaint. FCi may need to verify your identity and may be subject to legal or contractual limits. Contact us if you need this information or product documentation in an alternative format.
