Shipping across Canada

Shipping across Canada: 1 faucet $35, 2 faucets $70, 3 faucets $90, 4 faucets $100; 5 or more faucets $100 plus $5 for each faucet over 4. These rates apply to faucet-only orders. Orders containing dispensers, flushers or accessories require a shipping quote, including mixed orders with faucets. All shipping rates are CAD before tax.

The faucet shipping tiers count faucet quantities across all models and configurations. They apply only when every product in the order is a faucet. Other products and mixed orders need a shipping quote before payment. We deliver to all Canadian provinces and territories. The province or territory and postal code entered in your cart must match the shipping address you provide during Stripe checkout.

Prices, taxes and secure payment

Prices and shipping charges are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable tax. Stripe calculates applicable taxes on products and shipping and shows the final total before you pay. Stripe securely collects payment details and the full shipping address; do not send payment-card details to FCi by email or inquiry form.

Online purchases are subject to the terms of sale in effect when you place the order.

Keep your payment confirmation and order reference. If a checkout page closes or payment status is unclear, contact FCi before paying again. A saved cart is not proof of a paid order.

Order review and delivery timing

FCi manually reviews each order and its delivery details before fulfillment. Payment confirmation is not a shipment confirmation.

FCi accepts an order when its manual review is complete and the order is released for fulfillment. The delivery deadline begins when payment is confirmed, not when that later review finishes. FCi uses a trackable parcel courier selected by FCi and delivers within 30 calendar days after payment is confirmed. If that timing cannot be met, FCi will ask you to agree in writing to a later date; without that agreement, FCi will cancel the order and promptly initiate a full refund.

Contact FCi before ordering if a custom housing design or time-sensitive project may require different arrangements. If your configuration or delivery details need clarification, the team will contact you before accepting the order.

Order changes, cancellations and returns

Contact FCi promptly if you need to change or cancel an order, request an exchange, or discuss a return. Before sending any product back, ask the team to confirm the applicable return eligibility, return instructions and any shipping charges for your order.

Please provide your order reference, product model, proof of purchase and a description of the request or issue. FCi will review the details with you. This guidance does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
