Shipping, orders and returns

Online payment is not currently available. Prepare a quote list and contact FCi to confirm pricing, availability, shipping and delivery timing. The online-order guidance below applies when checkout is available.

Ontario shipping and order sizes

Ontario delivery only: $34.95 CAD shipping per item, for up to 5 items per online order.

The item limit counts every unit, including accessories, rather than the number of different models. The Ontario postal code entered in your cart must match the shipping address you provide during Stripe checkout.

For larger orders or delivery outside Ontario, please request a shipping quote before ordering. Your cart or quote list stays saved in this browser.

Prices, taxes and secure payment

Prices and shipping charges are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable tax. Stripe calculates applicable GST/HST on products and shipping and shows the final total before you pay. Stripe securely collects payment details and the full shipping address; do not send payment-card details to FCi by email or inquiry form.

Keep your payment confirmation and order reference. If a checkout page closes or payment status is unclear, contact FCi before paying again. A saved cart is not proof of a paid order.

Order review and delivery timing

FCi manually reviews each order and its delivery details before fulfillment. Payment confirmation is not a shipment confirmation.

Contact FCi to confirm availability and delivery timing, especially for custom housing designs or time-sensitive projects. If your configuration or delivery details need clarification, the team will contact you before arranging fulfillment. No delivery date is promised by the online checkout.

Order changes, cancellations and returns

Contact FCi promptly if you need to change or cancel an order, request an exchange, or discuss a return. Before sending any product back, ask the team to confirm the applicable return eligibility, return instructions and any shipping charges for your order.

Please provide your order reference, product model, proof of purchase and a description of the request or issue. FCi will review the details with you. This guidance does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
